Değirmenlik Akıncılar Belediyesi, belde halkına daha hızlı ve kolay hizmet sunmak amacıyla dijitalleşme sürecinde önemli bir adım daha attı. Belediye, 7 gün 24 saat kesintisiz hizmet anlayışıyla hayata geçirdiği mobil uygulama sayesinde vatandaşların birçok işlemi tek tıkla gerçekleştirmesini sağladı.
Yeni uygulama ile fatura ödeme, GSM’li sayaçlara su kredisi yükleme, talep ve şikâyet iletme, belediyenin yürüttüğü projeleri takip etme gibi pek çok işlem zahmetsizce yapılabiliyor.
Ayrıca uygulamanın “Çek Gönder” özelliği sayesinde vatandaşlar karşılaştıkları sorunları fotoğraf çekerek anında belediyeye iletebiliyor. Navigasyon desteği ile ödeme ve hizmet noktalarına ulaşmak da daha pratik hale geldi.
Belediye açıklamasında, dijitalleşme sürecinin halkın belediye hizmetlerine daha kolay ulaşması için sürdürüleceği vurgulandı. Mobil uygulama Android ve iOS işletim sistemine sahip cihazlardan ücretsiz indirilebiliyor.
