Ozon tabakas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan emilmeyen ve pencere cam\u0131ndan da ge\u00e7ebilen UV-A (ya\u015fland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar); ciltte erken ya\u015flanma ve k\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa neden olabilirken ozon tabakas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan k\u0131smen emilen ve pencere cam\u0131ndan ge\u00e7emeyen UV-B (yak\u0131c\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar); ciltte bronzla\u015fmaya, g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131klar\u0131na ve katarakta neden olabilir. Cilt kanseri olu\u015fumunda ise hem UV-A, hem de UV-B \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 sorumlu tutulmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nBilindi\u011fi \u00fczere D vitamininin en \u00f6nemli kayna\u011f\u0131 da g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131d\u0131r (UV-B). Bir miktar D vitamini, ya\u011fl\u0131 bal\u0131klarda (somon, uskumru, ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi), yumurta sar\u0131s\u0131 veya D vitamini ile zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f s\u00fctte bulunabilir. G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 almadan veya vitamin takviyesi olmadan bu g\u0131dalar, D vitamini bak\u0131m\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir kan seviyesi i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fildir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nD vitamininin kemik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemi y\u0131llardan beri bilinmekte olup her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l yeni yararlar\u0131ndan bahsedilmektedir. Sinir sistemi ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini de g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren D vitamininin eksikli\u011finde \u00e7ocuklarda ra\u015fitizm, eri\u015fkinlerde osteomalazi gibi kemik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ayr\u0131ca yine baz\u0131 hastal\u0131klara (kolon, meme veya prostat kanseri, multipl skleroz, tip 1 diyabet gibi) yakalanma riskinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n bu \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc etkisi (v\u00fccudumuzda D vitamini sentezini sa\u011flayan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve cilt kanseri gibi \u00f6nemli sorunlara da neden olabilmesi); ne kadar s\u00fcre g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi, g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kullan\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi gibi tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da beraberinde getirmektedir.\u00a0<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nKoyu cilt rengi, ileri ya\u015f ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck UV indeksi (\u00f6rne\u011fin kuzey enlemlerinde k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131); D vitamini sentezini olumsuz etkileyen fakt\u00f6rlerdir. Beyaz tenli ki\u015filer, cilt kanseriyle sonu\u00e7lanabilen UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 riski alt\u0131ndayken koyu tenli ki\u015filerde bu risk daha azd\u0131r. Fakat koyu cilt rengine sahip ki\u015filerde ise D vitamini eksikli\u011fi riski daha fazla olmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015f kremi kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, g\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 korurken \u00f6te yandan D vitamini \u00fcretimini de engellemektedir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nUV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n zararl\u0131 etkisinden korunmak ve yeterli D vitamini de alabilmek i\u00e7in g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 maruz kal\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir. Ancak bu s\u00fcrenin ne kadar olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi, \u00e7e\u015fitli fakt\u00f6rlere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; yeterli D vitamini sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in mevsim, g\u00fcn\u00fcn saati, hava ko\u015fullar\u0131, ten rengi, ya\u015f vb. nedenlerle herkese \u00f6nerilebilecek standart bir s\u00fcre yoktur. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kabul edilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ise ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n zararl\u0131 etkisinin unutulmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ve g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndedir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nG\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 etkilerinden nas\u0131l korunmal\u0131y\u0131z?\u00a0<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nG\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan korunmak i\u00e7in al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken ilk \u00f6nlem, g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu saatler olan 10.00-16.00 aras\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle de 11.00-14.00 saat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015ften ka\u00e7\u0131nmakt\u0131r. Bu saatlerde d\u0131\u015far\u0131da olundu\u011fu zaman g\u00f6lgede bulunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131, geni\u015f kenarl\u0131 \u015fapka ve UV-A ve UV-B filtreli g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kullan\u0131lmal\u0131, rahat ve bol pamuklu giysiler giyilmelidir. G\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131; kum, su, kar veya betondan yans\u0131yarak bulutlu g\u00fcnlerde dahi zararl\u0131 olabilir, bu nedenle g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nG\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu nas\u0131l se\u00e7ilmelidir?<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nG\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu krem se\u00e7iminde hem ultraviyole A (UV-A) hem de ultraviyole B (UV-B) \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 koruma sa\u011flayan, geni\u015f spektrumlu (y\u00fcksek fakt\u00f6r) ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse suya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular tercih edilmelidir. G\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulunan \u00e7inko oksit, etkili bir fiziksel bariyer olu\u015fturarak \u00f6zellikle burun, yanaklar, kulaklar\u0131n \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131 ve omuzlarda ekstra fayda sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Ancak hormonal etkileri de olabilen kimyasal etkili oxybenzone i\u00e7eri\u011fi olan \u00fcr\u00fcnler tercih edilmemelidir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nG\u00fcne\u015f koruma fakt\u00f6r\u00fc (SPF\/GKF) 2-12 aras\u0131 olan \u00fcr\u00fcnler hafif, 12-30 olanlar orta, 30 ve \u00fczeri olanlar ise y\u00fcksek koruma sa\u011flar. Cilt rengi a\u00e7\u0131k veya koyu olan herkesin g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu kullanmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir. Fakat a\u00e7\u0131k tenli ki\u015filer, daha y\u00fcksek fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcnleri tercih etmelidir. Tercih edilecek g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu minimum 15 fakt\u00f6r olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak dermatologlar, 30 fakt\u00f6r ve \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6nermektedirler. 50 fakt\u00f6r ve \u00fczeri olan g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular\u0131n ilave yarar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nG\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular; g\u00fcne\u015fe \u00e7\u0131kmadan 30 dakika \u00f6nce s\u00fcr\u00fclmeli, 2-4 saatte bir yenilenmelidir. Y\u00fcksek koruma fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015fte kalma s\u00fcresini uzatmayaca\u011f\u0131 unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Suya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00fcr\u00fcn de kullan\u0131lsa dahi, terleme ve y\u00fczme sonras\u0131 tekrar koruyucu uygulanmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilmektedir. UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na do\u011frudan maruz kalan k\u0131s\u0131mlara (y\u00fcz, burun, kulaklar, el ve ayaklar, omuzlar ve dizler) bol miktarda g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu uygulanmas\u0131 gerekir. Ayr\u0131ca koruyucu \u00fcr\u00fcnler; g\u00fcne\u015fte daha uzun s\u00fcre kalmak amac\u0131yla de\u011fil, g\u00fcne\u015ften korunmak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular D vitamini sentezini engellese de ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n zararl\u0131 etkileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdir.\u00a0<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nD vitamini ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l kar\u015f\u0131layabiliriz?<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nSadece y\u00fcz ve ellerin g\u00fcnde 15-20 dakika g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kalmas\u0131, v\u00fccutta D vitamini sentezi i\u00e7in yeterli olabilmektedir. G\u0131dalar D vitamini a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan iyi bir kaynak de\u011fildir. Pencereden gelen g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, D vitamini sentezini sa\u011flamamaktad\u0131r. \u0130lerleyen ya\u015fla birlikte de D vitamini sentezi azalmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenlerle v\u00fccutta D vitamini eksikli\u011fi oldu\u011fu takdirde, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan vitamin deste\u011fi al\u0131nmas\u0131 uygundur. \u00d6zellikle k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda, g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kalma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan D vitamini takviyesi gerekebilmektedir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nV\u00fccudumuzun do\u011fumdan sonraki ilk bir ya\u015fta g\u00fcnl\u00fck 400\u2019\u00fc, daha sonraki ya\u015flarda g\u00fcnl\u00fck en az 600\u2019\u00fc, 70 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra ise 800\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn D vitaminine ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu miktar, ki\u015finin ya\u015fam \u015fekline ve mevcut sa\u011fl\u0131k problemine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilmektedir. Kandaki D vitamini d\u00fczeyinde eksiklik olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, kan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ile saptanabilmektedir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\u00c7ocuklar\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015ften nas\u0131l korumal\u0131y\u0131z?\u00a0<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\u00c7ocuk ve ergenlerin d\u0131\u015far\u0131da ge\u00e7irdikleri s\u00fcre, eri\u015fkinlerden \u00e7ok daha fazlad\u0131r. Ya\u015fam boyunca maruz kal\u0131nan UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u2019den fazlas\u0131n\u0131n bu d\u00f6nemlerde al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirilmektedir. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015ften korunmas\u0131, ileri ya\u015flarda geli\u015febilecek cilt kanserlerinin \u00f6nlenmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n etkisi ile \u00e7ocuklarda g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131, ate\u015f, titreme gibi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha fazla oldu\u011fundan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yaz aylar\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle korunmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nAlt\u0131 aydan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bebeklerin g\u00fcne\u015ften korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in direkt g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na maruz kalmamalar\u0131, g\u00f6lgede tutulmalar\u0131, kollar\u0131 ve bacaklar\u0131 kapatan hafif giysiler ve kenarl\u0131 \u015fapkalar giydirilmesi birincil \u00f6nlemlerdir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bebe\u011fin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terlemedi\u011fine ve yeterli su\/s\u0131v\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131na emin olunmas\u0131 gerekir. Uygun k\u0131yafetler veya g\u00f6lgede kalma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bebe\u011fin a\u00e7\u0131kta kalan v\u00fccut b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine (y\u00fcz, el s\u0131rtlar\u0131, boyun gibi) az miktarda, en az 30 fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekir. Bu durumda bebe\u011fin g\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan daha iyi korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in koruyucunun m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse, g\u00fcne\u015fe \u00e7\u0131kmadan 30 dakika \u00f6nce s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir. E\u011fer g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fursa etkilenen b\u00f6lgeye so\u011fuk kompres uygulanabilir.<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nDaha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in ise zararl\u0131 UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ilk ve en \u00f6nemli korunma yolu giysilerdir. \u00c7ocu\u011fun g\u00f6lgede tutulmas\u0131, UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu saatler olan 10.00-16.00 aras\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015ften sak\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Pamuklu giysilerin tercih edilmesi, geni\u015f kenarl\u0131 \u015fapkalar tak\u0131lmas\u0131, UV korumal\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fckleri kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemli tedbirler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. Giysilerin kapatmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kalan b\u00f6lgelere minimum 30 fakt\u00f6r olacak \u015fekilde g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu s\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir.
