Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yiyeceklerin artmas\u0131 gerekiyor, yani d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131nan fast food dedi\u011fimiz ve nereden geldi\u011fi belli olmayan ya\u011flarla pi\u015firilen bu g\u0131dalardan uzak durmal\u0131y\u0131z. M\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar do\u011fal beslenmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermeliyiz. Ev beslenmesi bizim i\u00e7in olmazsa olmaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ev beslenmesinde etin, sebzenin, ya\u011f\u0131n nereden geldi\u011fi bellidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 \u201cUyku saatleri kadar uykunun kalitesi de \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131kta uyku d\u00fczeninin de \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu ekleyerek, v\u00fccuttaki hormonlar\u0131n bir ritimle salg\u0131land\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve bunun da uyku d\u00fczeniyle yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHormon demek, sa\u011fl\u0131k demek.\u201d diyen A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, hormonlar\u0131 d\u00fczenli hale getirmek i\u00e7in uyku d\u00fczeninin de do\u011fru olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Uyku saatinin de t\u0131pk\u0131 beslenme gibi farkl\u0131 ya\u015f gruplar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini dile getiren A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, bebeklerde uyku saatinin daha fazla oldu\u011funu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonunun uyku s\u0131ras\u0131nda sal\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak eri\u015fkin ya\u015flara ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e bu saatin biraz daha azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, belirli uyku saatleri kadar uykunun kalitesinin de \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu dile getirerek, hangi ortamda uyundu\u011funun \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu; \u201csessiz, sakin, huzurlu, stresten uzakta uyumak\u201d gerekti\u011fini aktard\u0131.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 \u201cSu\u2026de\u011ferini bilmedi\u011fimiz bir m\u00fccevherimiz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hayat\u0131n ana maddesinin su oldu\u011funu da belirten A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, sunun hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her d\u00f6neminde yer almas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Havalar\u0131n so\u011fuk olmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fide su t\u00fcketiminin azald\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, \u201cSu bizim m\u00fccevherimiz. De\u011ferini bilmedi\u011fimiz bir m\u00fccevherimiz.\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n havalar\u0131n s\u0131cak olmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak v\u00fccudumuzun alarm verdi\u011fini, bu nedenle de bol miktarda su t\u00fcketildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, k\u0131\u015f mevsiminde ise su kayb\u0131n\u0131n daha az olmas\u0131 nedeniyle v\u00fccut sisteminin daha az alarm verdi\u011fini, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla az su t\u00fcketildi\u011fini kaydetti.   <\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, suyun ayn\u0131 zamanda enfeksiyona yakalanma riskinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131nda, enfeksiyonlar\u0131n ge\u00e7irilmesinde, ya\u015flanmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemede ve v\u00fccudun h\u00fccresel bazda geli\u015fiminde kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirterek, ki\u015filerin susamasa bile su i\u00e7meyi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 \u201cSpor bizi stresten uzak tutar\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zge A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, fiziksel aktivitenin hastal\u0131klar\u0131 engellemede birincil s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kaydederek, \u201c\u00d6zellikle bizim \u00fclkemiz gibi, kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klar\u0131n birinci, diyabet, hipertansiyon gibi kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ise \u00f6n s\u0131ralarda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkelerde fiziksel aktivite olmazsa olmazd\u0131r.\u201d dedi. <\/p>\n<p>Tek ba\u015f\u0131na diyet veya sadece sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakmakla g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa sahip olunamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, fiziksel aktivitenin mutlaka hayat\u0131m\u0131zda olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sporun bizleri stresten uzak tuttu\u011funu, kalp ritmini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kas kontraksiyonunu artt\u0131rarak kalori yak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 destekledi\u011fini, bu sayede hem kilo almay\u0131 engelledi\u011fini hem de v\u00fccudun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, spora gidilememesi durumunda y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131labilece\u011fi hat\u0131rlatmas\u0131nda da bulunarak, son y\u0131llarda belediyelerin y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 ya da parklar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu gibi alanlarda d\u00fczenli olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcnebilece\u011fini, spor yap\u0131labilece\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 \u201cG\u00fcne\u015fli bir \u00fclke olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen D vitamini eksikli\u011fi ya\u015fan\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D vitamininin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011funu da aktaran A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, bu vitaminin g\u00fcne\u015f\u2019ten al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak bol g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6ren bir \u00fclkede olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen yine de D vitamini eksikli\u011fi ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. <\/p>\n<p>A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, D vitamininin g\u00fcne\u015fin en fazla etkileniminin oldu\u011fu saatlerde g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kalarak al\u0131nabildi\u011fini, ancak havalar\u0131n so\u011fuk olmas\u0131 nedeniyle kapal\u0131 giyinildi\u011fini ve g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.  <\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n nispeten daha a\u00e7\u0131k giyinildi\u011fini ancak bu sefer de direkt olan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan korumak zorunda oldu\u011fumuz, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00fcne\u015fin en fazla etkileniminin oldu\u011fu saatlerde d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ya da d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131ksak bile g\u00fcne\u015f kremi kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 aktaran A\u015f\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f kremi s\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 etkilerinden mutlaka kendimizi korumal\u0131y\u0131z.
