Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve Refah Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nden Annika Santalahti ve ekibi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Gizli tuz tehdidi: G\u00fcndelik yiyeceklerden al\u0131nan sodyum obeziteyi tetikliyor<br \/>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019ne (DS\u00d6) g\u00f6re obezite, 30 kg\/m\u00b2 ve \u00fczeri v\u00fccut kitle indeksi (VK\u0130) olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Kar\u0131n b\u00f6lgesi obezitesi ise i\u00e7 organlar \u00e7evresinde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f birikimi ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha b\u00fcy\u00fck risk ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Finlandiya\u2019da sodyum t\u00fcketimi 1970\u2019lerdeki zirve seviyelerinden sonra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6stermi\u015f olsa da, 2007 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana sabit seyrediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uzmanlar, y\u00fcksek sodyum al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca \u201csa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z g\u0131dalar\u201ddan de\u011fil, i\u015flenmi\u015f et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, ekmek ve peynir gibi g\u00fcndelik t\u00fcketilen yiyeceklerden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibi, bireysel \u00f6nlemlerin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, toplumsal d\u00fczeyde de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Erkeklerde ise idrar \u00f6rneklerine dayal\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede, en y\u00fcksek sodyum grubundaki bireylerin genel obezite riskinin 6 kat, kar\u0131n obezitesi riskinin ise 4,7 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 saptand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuzun biyolojik etkileri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor<\/strong><br \/>Uzmanlara g\u00f6re bu bulgular, y\u00fcksek tuz t\u00fcketiminin
