Taraflar Konferans\u0131 (COP30) kapsam\u0131nda, Exeter \u00dcniversitesi, Do\u011fu Anglia \u00dcniversitesi, CICERO Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130klim Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi, M\u00fcnih Ludwig-Maximilian \u00dcniversitesi, Alfred-Wegener Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn de aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 90&#8217;dan fazla kurumdan 130&#8217;u a\u015fk\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 bilim insan\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu K\u00fcresel Karbon B\u00fct\u00e7esi Ekibi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan g\u00fcncel karbon emisyonu verileri, d\u00fczenlenen bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tK\u00fcresel Karbon B\u00fct\u00e7esi 2025 raporuna g\u00f6re, bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede enerji sistemlerinin karbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda ilerleme kaydedilse de bu geli\u015fme, k\u00fcresel enerji talebindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 dengelemeye yetmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBuna g\u00f6re, fosil yak\u0131tlardan kaynaklanan k\u00fcresel karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n bu y\u0131l ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 1,1 artarak 38,1 milyar tonla yeni bir rekor seviyeye ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131yor. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n, k\u00f6m\u00fcrde y\u00fczde 0,8, petrolde y\u00fczde 1, do\u011fal gazda y\u00fczde 1,3 olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm yak\u0131t t\u00fcrlerinden kaynaklanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tUluslararas\u0131 havac\u0131l\u0131ktan kaynaklanan emisyonlar\u0131n da y\u00fczde 6,8 artarak Kovid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ncesi seviyelerin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Uluslararas\u0131 deniz ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki emisyonlar\u0131n ise sabit kalaca\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u00dclke baz\u0131nda ise emisyonlar\u0131n bu y\u0131l \u00c7in&#8217;de y\u00fczde 0,4, Hindistan&#8217;da y\u00fczde 1,4, ABD&#8217;de y\u00fczde 1,9, Avrupa Birli\u011fi&#8217;nde y\u00fczde 0,4 artaca\u011f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken Japonya&#8217;da ise son y\u0131llardaki e\u011filimle uyumlu \u015fekilde y\u00fczde 2,2 azalmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Geriye kalan \u00fclkelerde ise toplam y\u00fczde 1,1 art\u0131\u015f \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\tArazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinden kaynaklanan emisyonlarda gerileme<\/h2>\n<p>\n\t\u00d6te yandan, bu y\u0131l ormans\u0131zla\u015fma gibi arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinden kaynaklanan emisyonlar\u0131n gerilemesiyle toplam emisyonlar\u0131n ge\u00e7en y\u0131la k\u0131yasla biraz miktar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFosil yak\u0131tlar ve arazi kullan\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi de dahil olmak \u00fczere toplam emisyonlar\u0131n bu y\u0131l 42,2 milyar ton olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAyr\u0131ca, toplam emisyonlar\u0131n son on y\u0131lda ortalama y\u00fczde 0,3 artarak \u00f6nceki on y\u0131la g\u00f6re yava\u015f bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme g\u00f6sterdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor.
